RAW Review!!!

Commercial free so lets go.  Bret starts off the show with his Blue Jays jersey.  Crazy pop from the crowd.  Bret still sorry on the mic HA!
WWF ha nice mess up Bret!!  Bret goes on about the Miz.  Bret not going to wrestle anyone tonight.  So Jericho out to have some fun with his old friend. 
I thought Jericho was in the UK good to see.  Jericho great on the mic and still getting heat in Canada.  Jericho pushes Bret to make it no DQ.

Edge out next!  OK so he is getting cheered pretty good even in Canada.  Pick your poison huh.  Sounds like Mark Henry will be in one of these.

Wow how are they going to waste this here.  This could defenitly be a big program.  I guess this is for the Canadians fans.  This should
be a great match though.  lots of counters here good stuff.  great opening match.  Man I can't believe he countered the spear.  Man good match great way
to open RAW but a waste.  This could've easily been a 3 month program.

WHAT THE !!! UNDERTAKER...  IS THE NEW OPPONENT!!!!  WHAT THE heck..   BIG GUNS FOR RAW!

Edge vs. Undertaker

Count out.  Then Christian rolls Edge back in for the Taker Chokeslam.

Hope that 2 X 4 didnt go in the crowd.  Are we going to get to see Batista's wanna be submission move.  OK cena time to run out.  No cena

Hard to believe the best wrestler on the face team is Eve.  So does that "T" on the back of Mccools top stand for Taker??  Shes even got some crosses on there. 
Looking a little goth there..  or a litle Takerish???  Crowd real flat here.  Maryse geting a pop though. 
Almost watchable match but not really.

Cena time.  Cena getting some booos in Canada.  wasn't that a shirt for a while I will no quit..

Randy Orton vs. ?  OK so who could this be..??  Big Show or Kali...  OK Swagger

decent match here.  crowd seems flat for swagger.  Edge out to ruin the fun. 

Buzz light year Gail kim Evan Bourne ...  just horrible and painful... 

Cena vs. Mayo

Should be a slug fest here with a fun DQ ending here...  Decent match going here. oh here we go with batista.  wierd submission hold on Cena. 


Well RAW started out strong but go weaker and weaker as we went through the night.

Sir Kalidor XV Book Review

Ok serfs I have been out of it for a little while but I am back and ready to talk rasslin' or sports entertainment or whatever we are calling it these days.  Ok so I just finished reading "A Lion's Tale" by Chris Jericho.  I have read a couple of other wrestling books.  I read a couple of Foley's and Bret Harts book too.  Now Jericho's book was written a while ago.  I believe it is still relevant to today's wrestling scene.  Well I know that Jericho is one of the last guys to come up through the territories and everything.  I know there are not as many independents out there who get TV time.  I am not really sure about the state of wrestling in Japan or anythiing.  But Chris training with the Hart Brothers (No brothers there at all)  and coming up through the ranks is really interesting and very great stories.  Some great drunk stories and a lot of stuff with Lance Storm.  The corruption in WCW and the crazy times in Japan and Mexico.  Of course like all wrestling books it seems is kind of sad with a lot of the participants not around anymore.  I must say the most shocking part of this book is the good light that Benoit is featured in the book.  Jericho wrote the book and Beniot was onew of his idols there is only a small introduction that explains that the book was ready to be printed when the tragic events happened.  He simply states that this was the chris that he knew and not the guy in those moments.  Overall this is a great book and  a qucik read.  I read it in 2 days so If you missed out on Jericho's book then check it out its a good read.  Up there with Foley and Hart.  I must say this book was not published by WWE so there is not a filter here so I think that really made me want it.

TNA First

Great spots in the PPV it looked like.. I didn't catch the shoe but some crazy ass spots.  I tell you what Hogan just needs to get out the ring though
It's not about him we gotta get this right.. 

Well I like the newer theme it looks way more polished. 

Good Styles coming out by himself..  Sounds a little bit better still gotta little work to do on the mic but he is much improved.
Here comes RVD.  With Angle out for a while and Hardy questionable legal standing no brainer to go with RVD here. 
Great line by RVD!!  "a crowd reaction"  Impact zONE IS super behind RVD and Styles getting big HEAT!
Nice promo by RVD.  Here comes the meth head and his blacklights...  Now Hogan out. 

Looks like a triple threat in the works...  but what about Desmond Wolfe..???  I guess he is still in stooge mode. 
I thought Hogan was going to quote Jericho for a second..   O #1 contender time...  really dropping all the stops with RAW stuck in England
I think that is great!!  Very smart to do this with a weak RAW tonight.  Cause they will get killed next week with the draft. 

Wow long promo 25 min no match!   of course Chicks first.

I swear that Tenay just said Tara was in the match.

Daffney + ODB vs. Beautiful People

I guess ODB got her implant fixed.  i like the oversell by odb by staying in the rollup position ha!!

Styles bitchin to Flair.. 

Sting just sees out of place in this beat down segment.  Rob terry comes out and can't do anything he can't get Desmond up...  He botched something big with Sting.  He almost just died when
he kicked Sting.  Ha great to book the Roid Head who can't wrestle HA! 

Still only one match...  54 min in..???

OK rematch Hogan vs. Flair who will be the mystery guy..???  Beefcake I guess...

RVD vs. Jeff hardy

OK well if they aren't too tired from last night and flying all the way to Florida this morning this should be good. 
They are going to be totally blown up by the Main Event though.. Wow crazy commercials... they had to take another one so they made it back before RAW weak!
Too bad I didn't even get to see most of this match cause of commercials.  Way too much blood in TNA especiall with Flair bleeding at every opportunity... 
Cool camera angle overhead.  Pretty good match here at the end..  Pretty Kick to the head..  Man you got to give it to RVD he still looks exactly the same
for ever.  Great Match!

4 out of 5 MIGHT of been 5 if I could've seen the first half of the match

Well Crazy akward moments with Cristy Hemme and Bromance in the Air Very lame moment.

Abyss sounds much better then he has in weeks... 

Team Flair vs. Team Hogan

OK so iguess none of the undercard will be featured tonight!!!  HA...  

Sting and JJ up first.  Lots of outside the ring chairs and finally make it back to the ring.  Desmond Wolfe out next.  Freak out next. Why
is Orlando out there...?  Maybe he thinks muscles are sexy or something like that.  O should of guyess Joe would make his return here.. 
I guess it was a good return for Joe. 

Flair vs. Abyss..  horrible idea.

RVD vs. AJ Styles

I would be shocked if there is a title change here but it could happen.  Styles has been the champ for a while.  WOW Great match I just wanted to watch
this match and not type.  I am surprised they changed it on Impact but I guess they didnt think that Pope was ready. 

4 out of 5 Shields.

Once again TNA can put on a great show... but what will happen when we are going to have 3 straight weeks of taped shows.  I hope that they can keep up the momentum..

Ok well a week off but I am back and ready to knock out this DVR that is backed up.  Had to go all the way to Indy for work.
But now I am back and ready to catch up on fun. 

RAW with Hasselhoff ok I have read NO spoilers and have been avoiding the internet so lets get this party started.

Should be a wierd RAW wonder if we find out when the draft will be tonight

Great Way to start RAW with the knightrider music!!!!!!!!!!   awesome!!  even got the car!!!  This should be Great!!!

Oh WOW great Rock impression!!!   Great he is SO OVER!!! He even makes fun of himself that is perfect.  Man I wish
more guest host could be this good.  "jackie Swagger"  HA vs. Orton.. 

Eve Torres vs. Maryse

Oh wow now this should really be a horrible match.  I think Eve is a good athlete but still needs some help in the ring.
Should be lots of hair pulls and slaps.  I still crack up at Maryse.  I really don't like the screaming in women's wrestling.  Nasty
neckbreaker.  Wow Moonsault that could of popped an implant.  Gotta give her some credit on that.  With the rollup she won!  I guess she is over
with the guys.  I see Awesome Kong coming in soon and crushing Eve in a couple of weeks.  That might be the reason for the switch here.

Should be a good match.  Wow solid match surprise to see miz Win here.  We are trying to build these guys up right???  Thought they would let him
live for the British Bulldog fans.

Can Evan Bourne actually win a MATCH>????    this is surely going to be the match.  I really don't think he has won a match in months.

Should be a rough match here...  Scary when Cena gets to call the match HA!!  I like Cena going to the ground.  Maybe a little physcology hard to believe but
we all see a runin happening here.  Otunga not selling the arm great job rookie.  Way to bury the rookie...  Fun Fun

OK serfs so happy Bunny day.  I can't believe Kanyon is gone.  He was one of my favorites on WcW and his very short run on WWE.  I am not super shocked as I have heard several interviews with Kanyon when he openly and bravely talked about suicide attempts.  Its just another sad day for prowrestling fan.  Too many of the favorites are gone and can never have a Bret Hart moment like he did at Mania.  Henning, Bulldog, Umaga, Yoko, Test, Eddie, Crash Holly, Rude, Mike Awesome, Bam Bam I can go on for about a page....  but you get the point.  I guess when we grew up with these guys we think they are invincible...  and often times they hear the bell way to early.  RIP Chris Kanyon....  "Who's better than Kanyon???"    RIP

OK So Please tell me that we will see more Hart Dynasty on RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!      Please!   This should definetly be the pay off for Wrestlemania and the more I get to see Anvil's Daughter the BETTER!!    

Good times with HBK on raw this week I liked seeing all those classic moments with him.  Of course the Barber Shop Scene and Marty going through the glass is classic.  I remember that and my mom thinking wrestling was getting too violent.  I don't even know if they would even do a spot like that anymore with the PG world.  Unless TNA starts to turn it around a little it looks like PG will be here 4-life.

Swagger Swagger.....   I really thought he was going to wait for the MITB cash in...  Could of built this up a little more I think...   WAYY too soon...  OK so if he doesn't win the crowd over in about a month he will be buried worse then Primo. 

NXT -  OK so my DVR wont ever let me see the last 2 min of the show and I missed Otunga win the battle royal..  I thought it was a little early for Daniel Bryan to be proclaimed #1.  Win loss record should count a little.  I still like this show although it has lost a little steam in the last couple of episodes.  It seems like the are feeling out the concept and I bet next season will be a lot smoother.  Daniel Bryan is still #1 but we will see how Otunga does on Raw.  I think it would be great if it feels like he is "booking" the show.  At least make Daniel Bryan face the Big show or something like that.  If Otunga bombs he should be the first to go but we know that he wont cause he has the look aned the chick to at least get a reaction sure he moves like Rob Terry in the ring but oh well.  We need a new Ring Announcer and Definetly someone new to sing America the Beautiful.. "fantasia" Freaking Torture!!!  Come on Hudson...  be a Jillian for us!!!
