Live from Orlando, FL

TNA Slammiversary

Match 1: Kurt Angle vs. Kazarian

Winner: Kurt Angle via the Ankle Lock

After the match Angle pointed to #9 on his quest to be the #1 contender

Match 2: X-Divison Championship
Douglas Williams (c) vs. Brian Kendrick

Winner: Douglas Williams via the Tornado DDT from the second rope.  This sets up an interesting wrinkle in the storyline of Douglas Williams not liking the high flying moves yet defended his title using one.

Match 3: Knockouts Championship
Madison Rayne (c) vs. Roxxi

Rayne comes out and says its not fair that she is risking everything and demands that Roxxi put up her career like Tara did.  Roxxi agrees and Rayne hits Roxxi with the mic cutting her open.  The match then begins.

Winner: Madision Rayne via neckbreaker

Match 4: Brother Ray vs Jesse Neal

Winner: Jesse Neal via the Spear

During this match Tommy Dreamer showed up distracting Ray and went out through the crowd.  Also to start the match Ray apologized to Neal, began walking out with Devon & Neal but attacked Neal from behind throwing him back in the ring which ticked off Devon, who was stopped by security after the match had began.

Match 5: Matt Morgan vs. Hernandez

Winner: Matt Morgan via DQ when Hernandez attacked the referree

After the match Hernandez tried to hit the kick against the ringpost on Morgan but Morgan pulled referee Brian Hebner in his way and Hebner was hit instead.

Hulk Hogan cuts a promo on Sting saying he "crossed the line"

Match 6:  Monster's Ball Match
Abyss vs. Desomond Wolfe w/ Chelsea

Chelsea came out with Wolfe since her 30 days were over.  During the match Wolfe went to one of the weapon bins and pulled out a barb wired Teddy Bear asking Abyss if this was a joke.  Abyss gave the bear to Chelsea in the match as a gift before dropping broken glass in the ring which Wolfe then left saying he didn't sign up for that.  Abyss followed him out and Wolfe used Chelsea as a shield.  Abyss got Wolfe to the ring though Abyss fell into the glass but kicked out of the pin.  Wolfe then asked Chelsea for her purse where he evidently put brass knuckles, though none were in there.  Chelsea then threw the knuckles to Abyss who used them on Wolfe.

Winner: Abyss via the Black Hole Slam

After the match Chelsea left the ring alone holding the bear, while Wolfe complained about her costing him the match.

Match 7: AJ Styles vs Jay Lethal

Winner: Jay Lethal

After the match Flair yelled at Styles for losing, Styles said he was sorry as Kazarain came to ringside leaving with Flair.

After the match Mr Anderson & Jeff Hardy cut a promo coming up with a name for the new tag team, they came up with the "Enigmatic Assholes".  Funny stuff.

Match 8: Tag team match
Jeff Hardy & Mr. Anderson vs. Beer Money

Winner: Jeff Hardy & Mr Anderson when Anderson hit Roode with the Mic Check

Match 9: World Championship
Rob Van Dam (c) vs. Sting

During the match, while the ref was out, Sting used the bat against RVD, though Jeff Jarrett came down, took the bat from Sting which enabled RVD to regain the advantage

Winner: Rob Van Dam via the 5-star Frog Splash

TNA Sacrifice Results 5/16/2010

Live from the Impact Zone

Match 1: #1 Conterndor Match for the Tag Team Championship

Team 3D vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. Beer Money

Winner: Motor City Machine Guns pinning Brother Ray

Match 2: Global Championship match

Orlando Jordan vs. Rob Terry (c)

Winner: Rob Terry

After the match Terry was selling an injury then Jordan attacked Terry by taking out his legs and hitting his knee with the title belt.

Ink Inc is talking to Team 3D about their title match with the Band later, with 3D warning them to be careful when facing the Band.

Match 3: X-Divison Championship Match

Doug Williams vs. Kazarian (c)

Winner & new champion: Doug Williams

Backstage Chelsea and Desmond Wolfe were talking, she was worried about the stipulations in the match with Abyss as if he won she would be "his".  She said she really didn't want the ring anymore but Wolfe said the match will help his shot at being #1 contendor and for her not to worry.

Match 4: Career vs Knockouts Championship

Tara (career) vs Madison Rayne (c)

Winner: Madison Rayne

Tara was then escorted out by TNA security

The Band was in the back talking about how Eric Young is the one who called them when Sean Waltman was attacked and went on to say that Ink Inc had a future but not tonight.  Nash also went on to say they would defend the titles "Freebird" style where any two of the members would defend the belt but tonight it would be Hall & Nash.

Match 5: TNA Tag Team Championship

Ink Inc vs The Band (c)

Winner: Hall & Nash, The Band

Match 6: Chelsea vs The Ring

Desmond Wolfe vs. Abyss, if Wolfe Wins he gets the Hall of Fame ring, if Abyss wins, he gets the services of Chelsea

Winner: Abyss who will then get the services of Chelsea for 30 days.

Also of note some of the fans were booing Abyss, especially when he did his Hogan gimmick.  TNA really needs to move away from the Impact Zone so they can get a better sample of reactions from real fans and not the same people week after week who get in free and will boo and cheer on the basis of what they read on the internet rather than have natural reactions to what is going on in the ring or storyline wise.  I'm shocked these people weren't screaming we want six sides or "Fire Bubba" even though both are long gone from TNA and probably will never return.  Booing of Abyss and cheering of Desmond Wolfe makes absolutely no sense the way they have been booked.

Anderson's mic work is going really well and he could end up being a huge face if bohhoked right based on the crowd reaction.  Before his match tonight he said his fans were louder than the "Creatures of the Night" and that he called his fans Anderson's Assholes.  This caused a huge pop from the crowd, which would probably be a natural reaction even in the WWE, especially given their recent PG run.  It shows the talent that Ken Anderson has considering on his debut these same "Impact Zone" regulars showed him no respect by turning their backs to him, and now they are completely into his character.

Match 7: Mr. Anderson vs. Jeff Hardy

Winner: Jeff Hardy

After the match Anderson offered Hardy a handshake which Hardy refused insinuating he was too smart to fall for any of Anderson's tricks.

Match 8: Sting vs Jeff Jarrett

Winner: Sting after beating down Jarrett with the baseball bat before the match began and then hitting a Scorpion Death Drop

Match 9: TNA Champioinship

AJ Styles vs. RVD (c)

Winner: RVD in a very long and good match that lasted just under 30 minutes.  Also it looks as if they are setting up a Jay Lethal vs Flair match as Lethal stopped Flair from interfeering in the match by delivering a low blow to Flair on the ramp

Kurt Angle vs. Mr. Anderson

Afterwards, Angle relocks the door and throws out the key!  Angle then does a moonsalt over the cage and eventually walks out the door.  This short summary does not do the match justice, as they did top their ladder match they had on iMPACT

Winner: Kurt Angle

Match 8: TNA World Championship Match

The Pope vs AJ Styles(c)

Earl Hebner demands Flair that goes to the back.  Causes crowd to go into a We Want Flair chant.

Winner: AJ Styles via Styles Clash after he uses a pin to stab Pope in the eye.  Yes a pen.

Bischoff shows up just before Lethal Lockdown

Match 9: TNA Lethal Lockdown

The first two battle for 5 minutes then a new guy comes in for Team Hogan, then every 2 minutes a new member will come out.  Team Hogan will have the advantage.  No one can be pinned until everyone is in the match

Team Hogan vs. Team Flair

Abyss comes out first for Team Hogan,
Robert Roode comes out for Team Flair
Rob Van Dam then comes out for Team Hogan
Desmond Wolfe comes out for Team Flair
Jeff Jarrett comes out for Team Hogan
James Storm comes out for Team Flair
Jeff Hardy comes out for Team Hogan though Sting is shown to have laid him out with a baseball bat
Sting comes out for Team Flair

After a complete beatdown of Team Hogan by Team Flair, Hardy finally comes out with a Kendo Stick and cleans house.  On top of the cage Jeff Hardy splashes Beer Money through a table from top of a ladder on top of the cage, then Flair comes out.  Hogan then comes out to make the save and starts to attack Flair but Bischoff stops him takes away the bat but swerves Flair by giving him the brass nuckles.  Hogan bloodies Flair into the tacks on the mat.  Meanwhile Abyss pins Desmond Wolfe
