Opening segment:

Vince McMahon comes out.  He talks about how Bret would not be able to make it tonight due to the attack by the NXT guys on Raw on Monday.  He goes on to say while the crowd chants for Daniel Bryan that it wasn't determined when he would be back or what action would be taken against the NXT guys.  He then leaves while Drew McIntyre comes out and has Tedd Long come out while Drew insults him saying that Teddy will have to hand the belt to him when he wins it.

Match 1: Intercontinental Championship
Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Winner: Kofi Kingston

Match 2: Diva's Championship Fatal 4 Way
Eve (c) vs. Maryse vs Alicia Fox vs Gail Kim

Winner: Alicia Fox by pinning Maryse after throwing Eve off of Maryse when Eve had Maryse pinned

In the back Rey Mysterio is praying, Big Show says he is too much for Rey to overcome and will become champion again.  Show goes on to say they are friends but he will knock Rey out if he has to. 

Chris Jericho then cuts a promo saying he is the reason the fans watch WWE and that he no longer gets the attention that he used to because he is at the top now.  Then goes on to say that he has a target on his back.  Then rips on Evan Bourne saying his career will fade away like a shooting star.

Match 3: Chris Jericho vs. Evan Bourne

Winner: Evan Bourne via the Shooting Star Press

Match 4: World Championship Fatal 4 Way
Jack Swagger (c) vs. CM Punk vs The Big Show vs Rey Mysterio

Winner: Rey Mysterio after Kane distracts CM Punk and hits the 619 on Swagger

In the back Cena talks about how there is an understanding if the NXT guys come out during the main event that the WWE guys will work together to get rid of them.  Goes on to say whoever wins tonight will have to earn it.

Match 5: US Championship
The Miz (c) vs. R-Truth

Winner: The Miz

Match 6: Tag Team Championship
The Hart Dynasty (c) vs. The Usos

Winner: The Hart Dynasty

Match 7: WWE Championship Fatal 4 Way
John Cena (c) vs. Sheamus vs. Randy Orton vs. Edge

Durring the match the NXT guys attacked the Hart Dynasty in the back before making their way to the ring to attack Cena.  Cena was able to give Darren Young the FU (Attitude Adjustment) but was beat down by the NXT guys.  They then went after Edge on the outside of the ring leaving Cena alone, Sheamus then pinned Cena for the title taking advantage of the situation.

Winner: Sheamus

At the end Sheamus escaped through the crowd as the NXT guys continued their beatdowns on Cena.  Sheamus reapeared on stage with the title before being chased by NXT.  There were no announcers left at ringside, just Cena, Edge & Orton laid out and the crowd chanting for Daniel Bryan. 

Final thoughts:

Not a bad pay per view that shook things up a lot with 3 title changes.  However Rey Mysterio winning the title is horrible and was definitley the worse choice.
Was hoping that R-Truth would get a decent run with the title, however The Miz definitely deserves a long push as well.
Sheamus winning the title is very interesting especially since he took advantage of the NXT guys attack. 
The only thing stupider than PG WWE is firing Daniel Bryan for somehow violating that rating.  TV ratings are stupid anyway, something Al Gore pushed for and really serve no purpose.
