This week's Hawk's Nest will look at wrestlers on the current rosters on WWE & TNA that I'd cut.  These fall into three categories, wrestlers to be cut becasue they aren't being utilized, wrestlers who are getting pushed but performing poorly, and wrestlers I can simply not stand.

First lets look at the Raw roster.

In the category of wrestlers to be cut because they aren't being utilized or being done so poorly:

Chavo Gurrero - honestly his biggest Raw moment in the last year was getting chopped by Bob Barker
Katie Leah - Maybe she is new to the Raw roster but since Paul Burchill was cut, not sure she has a place
Zach Ryder - don't really see a place for him since ECW is no more

In the category of those I simply can't stand:

Hornswoggle - has been on the roster way too long and now that WWE is PG oriented brings back too many cartoonish memories
William Regal - booring audiences since 1992

On the Smackdown roster I would only cut those that I don't like since I am about a month behind on the DVR for Smackdown:

Jimmy Wang Yang - just a stupid gimick
Kung Fu Naki - see above
Rey Mysterio - he is by far the most overrated and over pushed peformer in profesional wrestling history.  Also he brings up the passing of Eddie Gurrero more than Chavo & Vicki combined, just to get cheap pops.

TNA - as TNA adds wrestlers to their rosters, they are going to have to cut some in order to make room

In the category of underutilized:

Shark Boy - haven't seen him on TV in months
Awesome Kong - although she is a current champion she's been off of TV for over a month, plus may be filing a frivilous lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge and possibly TNA, based on race.
Kiyoshi - hasn't been used

In the category of performing poorly:

The Nasty Boyz - plus they aren't physically able to compete.  Maybe keep them on as backstage agents.
Team 3D - maybe its their competiton (see above) but they simply don't have it anymore
"The Band" - although they aren't officially on the roster, that is the angle that has been drawn out so long that I don't care either way.  Also Hall has done nothing but throw tooth picks since being back.

In the category of I simply don't like:

Consequences Creed - bad gimick, also fits in the undertilized
Jesse Neal - when you look like a create-a-wrestler from a video game, your simply not going to get over
Jay Lethal - pretending to be the Macho Man is getting old...had one good storyline in his entire TNA career (SoCal Val/Sonjay Dutt)
